Saurav Goyal

Saurav Goyal is an experienced professional with a strong background in electric mobility, risk management, and business analytics. As a Senior Manager at Meta since March 2021, Saurav leads Global Response Operations in the APAC region, focusing on operational and regulatory risk while enhancing user safety and experience. Prior to Meta, Saurav served as a Senior Manager at Mytrah Energy from July 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included directing strategic initiatives for the electric mobility business and pioneering the introduction of electric buses in India. Saurav's earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst at Capital One and HSBC, where efforts centered on fraud management and digital customer engagement. Saurav holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy.
