Shaked Bar

Shaked Bar has extensive experience in machine learning and software development, primarily within high-profile tech companies. At Outbrain, Shaked Bar led a team focused on developing algorithms for content recommendations, using advanced machine learning techniques to optimize feed layouts. Transitioning to Meta, Shaked Bar advanced to various leadership roles, including managing engineering teams that developed systems for financial fraud detection and customer care automation. Currently serving as Machine Learning Technical Lead for Financial Integrity at Meta, Shaked Bar is responsible for driving a three-year vision for ML architecture and enhancing risk solutions. Earlier roles included software development at IBM and the IDF, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and system development. Shaked Bar holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion.
