Shantao Li

Shantao Li has extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on biomedical applications. Shantao worked as a Summer Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb, modernizing custom software and collaborating with researchers. Following this, Shantao served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University, designing algorithms and mentoring students in machine learning for historically excluded groups. Shantao continued to hone expertise at GSK as a Machine Learning Engineer and at Roblox as a Principal Software Engineer, achieving significant advancements in text moderation quality. Currently, Shantao works at Meta as a Software Engineer in the ML department.
