Shayla Funk

Shayla Funk is an experienced regulatory analyst with a demonstrated history of working in various capacities within the energy and sustainability sectors. At the California Public Utilities Commission, Shayla held multiple roles, progressing from Regulatory Analyst I to Regulatory Analyst III and participating as an Executive Fellow in the Capital Fellows Program. Prior experience includes serving as the Los Angeles Urban Natural Resources Sustainability Science Fellow at the Los Angeles Center for Urban Natural Resources Sustainability. Shayla currently works as an Energy Regulatory Analyst at Meta and previously held the position of Associate at Caliber Strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Public Policy from the University of Redlands and ongoing studies for a Master of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
