Shinjika Shukla has a diverse background in leadership recruiting and technology management, currently serving in a leadership recruiting role for technical, product, and business positions across the APAC and EMEA regions at Meta. Prior experience includes progressively responsible roles at Michael Page, where Shinjika held the positions of Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Consultant within the Technology Practice. Earlier experience at Enterprise Plc as a Project Analyst provided foundational skills in project management. Shinjika obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information & Communication Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2009.
