Sina A.

Sina A. has a strong background in machine learning and operations research, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and both a Master's degree and PhD in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of Southern California. Sina A. served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University from 2024 to 2025, focusing on enhancing in-context sequential decision-making capabilities of Large Language Models in healthcare. Additionally, Sina A. is currently a Machine Learning Researcher at Meta, starting in May 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the USC Center for AI in Social Good from 2017 to 2023, where robust and interpretable machine learning models were developed for housing resource allocation.
