Sol Pinheiro

Sol Pinheiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and leadership roles within diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Black@ Leader at Meta since April 2020, Sol focuses on fostering an inclusive work environment for Black employees while supporting key business initiatives. Previous roles include managing LATAM Accounts Payable Operations at Meta and leading the Remix ERG at Spotify to advance under-represented groups. With a background in operational excellence, process improvement, and team management across various organizations including Dafiti, Monsanto Company, and Hilti Group, Sol brings a strong foundation in accounting and leadership. Educational achievements include completing an Executive Management Program in Business Administration at The University of Akron and a focused course on Process Management and Value Creation at FGV.
