Stephanie Wicklow

Stephanie Wicklow is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and people management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta since September 2025, Stephanie previously co-founded 1% HR, specializing in fractional HR services for Web3 and deep tech companies. Additionally, Stephanie held the position of Head of People at Windranger Labs, where focus was on fostering the growth of the Web3 ecosystem. Prior roles include leadership positions at Improbable and Palantir, where contributions spanned from managing recruitment to developing organizational culture. Stephanie earned a Masters of Environmental Science from the University of Southampton in 2011.
