Stephenie A. Johnson

Stephenie A. Johnson, J.D., M.Ed., is an experienced operations strategist and people manager who currently serves as the founder and principal of Central Avenue Solutions, LLC in Memphis, TN. Previously, they were the Program Director at The Learning Agency and held several roles at the Center for American Progress, contributing to K-12 education policy and teacher preparation initiatives. They began their career as a special education teacher through Teach For America in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Rhodes College and advanced degrees in law and education from Boston College. Stephenie’s multifaceted expertise is complemented by their commitment to fostering a people-centered organizational culture through empathetic listening and effective communication.
