Suyog Jain

Suyog Jain possesses extensive experience in the fields of computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with a notable research background. Suyog worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from September 2012 to May 2017, focusing on Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Crowdsourcing. Prior to that role, Suyog held positions as a Research Intern at SRI International and the Indian Statistical Institute, contributing to projects in biomedical image processing and deep learning. In professional capacities, Suyog served as a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at PathAI, enhancing diagnostic accuracy through AI, and is currently engaged as a Research Scientist at Meta since November 2022. Additionally, Suyog has been an Independent Consultant since May 2022, following roles at CognitiveScale and the Texas Advanced Computing Center. Suyog holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Vision and AI from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
