Tara Dooley

Tara Dooley has extensive experience in the engineering and operations sectors, particularly within nuclear and critical facilities. From January 2010 to November 2013, Tara served as a fully qualified field operator at Exelon Nuclear. Following this role, Tara worked as a Nuclear Control Room Operator at Dominion from December 2013 to April 2016 and as a Non-licensed Operator at Luminant from June 2016 to August 2018. Tara transitioned to Facebook as a Critical Facilities Engineer from September 2018 to November 2021 and currently holds the position of Facility Operations Process Lead at Meta, beginning in December 2020. Educationally, Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior College, having studied there from 2013 to 2020, and attended Georgia Institute of Technology for Mechanical Engineering in 2005-2006.
