Terry McDonnell

Terry McDonnell is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and software engineering. Terry began a career as an Applied Research Mathematician at the United States Department of Defense, focusing on algorithm design. As President and Principal at Griffic since 2017, Terry provides boutique technology consulting services, particularly in healthcare. Terry has held significant roles at Meta, including Engineering Manager overseeing health data infrastructure, and served as Chief Technology Officer at Agathos, where responsibilities included software architecture and security oversight. Previous roles also include Head of Pharmacy Products at Epic, Senior Product Manager at Syapse, and Product Lead at Adobe, demonstrating expertise in product management, technical design, and market expansion. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Pomona College and studies in Mathematics and Japanese at International Christian University.
