Thiago Maia is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer experience and vendor operations. Most recently serving as a Workforce Vendor Capacity Manager and Program Manager in Vendor Operations at Meta in January 2024, Thiago has extensive experience in managing teams and improving customer support initiatives.
