Toby Elbaz

Toby Elbaz possesses extensive experience in human resources and strategic planning, having held significant roles across various organizations, including the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Meta, and PayPal. From August 2013 to September 2014, Toby developed talent competency models and facilitated initiatives impacting 40,000 employees at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Subsequently, Toby worked as an Office and Project Manager at Resolute Systems, where project management and execution of alternative dispute resolution were key responsibilities. In various roles at PayPal, Toby advanced from Senior Manager to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to talent, compensation strategy, and organizational design. Additional experience includes leading human resources efforts at goTenna and JetBlue Airways, with a strong focus on employee engagement, learning, and diversity initiatives. Toby holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Hofstra University.
