Tom Finley, CIH, REHS, has over 30 years of experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) management. Finley began a career at IBM as a Senior Associate Industrial Hygienist from January 1992 to May 1993 and subsequently worked as an EHS Manager at Alcatel-Lucent until February 2008. From February 2008 to September 2018, Finley served as Senior Manager of EHS Global Processes and Systems at Boeing. Currently, Finley holds the position of Global EHS Manager at Meta since September 2018. Finley earned a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
