Tom Howley

Tom Howley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various esteemed law firms and organizations. From 2019 to 2022, Tom served as a Senior Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, and prior to that, fulfilled the role of Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Courts in 2015-2016. Tom has also worked as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP and London Fischer LLP, as well as contributing as Lead Counsel for Business Integrity and Monetization at Meta from April to September 2022. Tom's career began with roles in market research and content analysis, ultimately leading to a current position as Associate General Counsel for Monetization at Meta since August 2024. Tom earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from New York Law School from 2011 to 2014.
