Tongxin Wang

Tongxin Wang is a skilled research scientist currently at Meta since July 2021, following an internship as a software engineer at Facebook where machine learning models were developed for feed ranking projects. Previous experience includes a research internship at Tencent, where a pipeline for predicting microsatellite instability status was created, resulting in a co-first-author paper accepted by the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging 2020. Additionally, Tongxin Wang was a research assistant intern at Bosch, focusing on developing a product registration and validation system. Educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fudan University.
