Tony Wu

Tony Wu is an accomplished Research Scientist at Meta since September 2018, with a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering, holding a PhD and MS from Stanford University, as well as a BS with honors from the California Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Meta, Tony Wu was a PhD Candidate at Stanford, focusing on the integration of emerging memory technologies with silicon CMOS and carbon-nanotube field effect transistors. Experience includes internships at Rambus, Intel Corporation, and various research fellowships at Caltech and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where contributions spanned areas like SPICE modeling, electrolysis-based microactuators, and software development for flight planning.
