Tram Frank

Tram Frank is an experienced legal professional specializing in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Meta since March 2022, Tram previously held the position of Director and Associate General Counsel at Facebook from November 2016 to March 2022. Prior to this, Tram worked as Senior Legal Director of Employment Law at Yahoo from October 2013 to November 2016, and spent nearly a decade at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as Of Counsel from February 2003 to October 2013. Early career experience includes roles as an Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Littler Mendelson. Tram holds a law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
