Tricia McCloskey is an experienced instructional designer and learning consultant with a strong background in developing effective training programs across various organizations. At Yahoo! Inc., Tricia facilitated employee and client onboarding, led evaluation strategies for sales learning, and managed extensive learning and performance support initiatives. Tricia played a pivotal role in analyzing requirements and supporting global product rollouts, contributing significantly to Yahoo's revenue through training. Currently, as the Global Curriculum Management Lead at Meta, Tricia focuses on enhancing learning experiences and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Prior to these roles, Tricia held leadership positions at The Princeton Review and Facebook, where responsibilities included instructional development, program management, and improving learning analytics.
