Tyler Jones

Tyler Jones is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development. At Double River Investments Limited, Tyler built automated trading systems and developed data pipelines, specializing in high-dimensional non-gradient-based optimizers. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, Tyler's research focused on modeling wildfire spread and sophisticated mathematical properties, earning recognition for best presentations multiple times. Tyler has held various roles at leading companies, including data science internships at Vivint Smart Home, Intermountain Healthcare, and Amazon, where skill sets included developing anomaly detection models, evaluating COVID-19 predictive models, and optimizing supply chain inventory levels. Currently, as a Senior Data Scientist at Meta, Tyler ensures content compliance with community guidelines to enhance user experience.
