Vinay Jayaram

Vinay Jayaram is an accomplished neuroscientist with extensive experience in human-machine interaction, particularly focused on prosthetics and brain-machine interfaces. Vinay served as a Research Scientist at Meta since November 2019 and previously held positions such as Scientist at CTRL-labs and Post-doc at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems. Vinay contributed to the BNCI 2020 INPUT project at Ottobock as an Entwicklungsingeneur and has experience in various academic and research environments, including Boston Children's Hospital and Fundação Champalimaud. Educational credentials include a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Tübingen and a BA in Neurobiology with a minor in Computer Science from Harvard University, both with distinction.
