Vinay Padmanabhi

Vinay Padmanabhi is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a machine learning and engineering team at Meta, focusing on enhancing fairness and privacy for advertisements since February 2024. Prior to Meta, Vinay served as engineering manager at Block, overseeing engineering teams in credit risk and payment disputes, enabling the recovery of funds and enhancing seller growth. At Lob, Vinay managed the platform team and scaled the Lob API while developing a pricing model for enterprise customers. Vinay’s earlier career includes significant roles at Palo Alto Networks, where responsibilities included building security management frameworks and event streaming architectures, as well as software engineering positions at Cisco Systems and an internship at Old Dominion University. Vinay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PES University.
