Vinayak R. has extensive experience in the fields of data science and machine learning, with a career spanning several prominent companies. Starting as a Summer Intern at Tata Communications in 2012, Vinayak progressed through various roles including Software Data Engineer at AMDOCS, Machine Learning Scientist/Engineer at Overstock.com, and Machine Learning-Tech Lead at SoFi. Vinayak’s tenure at Meta began in February 2021 as a Software Engineer focused on machine learning, later advancing to Software Engineer for Systems ML and Infra, addressing integrity and privacy challenges, and developing large-scale data infrastructure and proactive algorithms. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside research experience as a Data Science Research Assistant.
