Vivian Esquerre

Vivian Esquerre is a seasoned professional in customer operations and program management with significant experience in the retail sector. Career began at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, progressing to Department Manager from November 2009 to June 2012. Following this, Vivian served as a Designated Selling Specialist at Neiman Marcus until March 2015. Afterward, a series of roles at Spring Inc. included Customer Operations Manager, Team Lead, and Specialist, from January 2018 to October 2018. Vivian was a National Project Manager for Compass during the brief period of October 2018 to January 2019 and then assumed the role of Senior Customer Operations Manager at Ask Lorem from January 2019 to October 2019. Most recently, Vivian held various positions at Meta from April 2023 to October 2023, including Senior Program Manager for Adversarial Integrity.
