Wei Wei

Wei Wei is an experienced product designer and design leader, currently serving as a Product Design Lead at Meta, focusing on community integrity, safety, and social impact across platforms. Prior to this role, Wei was a Product Design Lead at Salesforce, overseeing data integration product design across multiple platforms, and held the position of Director of Product Design at Development Guild DDI, where project leadership and team mentorship were key responsibilities. Wei's earlier experience includes roles as a Product Design Manager at Nokia Bell Labs, Lead UX Designer at uSell, and UX Lead for AI/ML at Accenture, contributing to various significant projects and collaborations with major clients. Additionally, Wei co-instructed a course on Human-centered AI/ML product design at Parsons School of Design while also working as a freelance product designer. Wei holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Design from the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
