Whitney Ricketts

Whitney Ricketts is an accomplished content marketing and design leader with extensive experience across various roles in notable companies. Ricketts served as Director of Content Marketing at Hired, Inc. and held positions including Content Marketing Manager and Director of Communications at CreativeLive. Other key roles include Head of Content at Zillow, where Ricketts directed consumer-facing content strategy, and Head of Growth at NeonMob. Currently, Ricketts is the Director of Content Design at Meta, leading teams focused on data access and literacy. Additionally, as Co-Owner of Ritual Vinyl Press, Ricketts co-founded America’s first Black- and woman-owned vinyl record plant, opening in Seattle in mid-2023. Ricketts holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College.
