Xinhao Li

Xinhao Li is a highly qualified researcher and data scientist with experience in cutting-edge organizations and a strong academic background. At Rivian, Xinhao Li developed automated ETL processes and customer segmentation analyses using PySpark and unsupervised machine learning. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at Meta, Xinhao Li focuses on core ads growth research. Xinhao Li previously worked as a Research Assistant at Columbia University, where research emphasized the understanding of surface degradation in Li-ion battery cathode materials through first-principles calculations and machine learning. Xinhao Li also mentored undergraduate student research projects related to LiCoO2 cathodes. Xinhao Li holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, where a perfect GPA of 4.11 was achieved, alongside a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and The University of Edinburgh, respectively.
