Yale Fu possesses a diverse background in environmental policy, litigation, and research, with experience spanning various sectors. Yale's career commenced with an internship at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on air pollution policies and cap-and-trade simulations. Following this, Yale held positions at Covington & Burling LLP as both a Summer Associate and currently as an Associate specializing in IP and Hatch-Waxman litigation. Simultaneously, Yale serves as a secondee on the NORAM General Litigation Team at Meta. Previous roles include student technician and researcher in organic chemistry and pharmacology at Texas A&M University and UNT Health Science Center, respectively, as well as an R&D intern at Colgate Palmolive. Yale holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Texas A&M University, along with a Doctor of Law from Stanford Law School.
