Yi Zuo

Yi Zuo is an accomplished software engineer with a strong background in machine learning and data infrastructure. Yi Zuo began professional experience at Siemens PLM Software from 2015 to 2016, followed by a role at Amazon from May 2016 to 2021, where contributions included developing data pipelines and machine learning models for the Prime Video recommendation system. Subsequently, Yi Zuo worked at Snap Inc. from September 2021 to October 2024, focusing on building a datalake and data processing infrastructure utilizing Iceberg and Spark. Currently, Yi Zuo is engaged at Meta in an AI role. Academically, Yi Zuo holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Seismology from Peking University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
