Yinzhe Yu

Yinzhe Yu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. At Meta, Yinzhe served as Senior Director of Engineering for the Central Product Platform and Messaging Platform, focusing on enhancing product success and innovation while empowering teams across various platforms, including Messenger, Facebook, and Instagram. Previously, at Facebook, Yinzhe was Director of Engineering, overseeing Search and Navigation products and optimizing user engagement. Yinzhe expanded the in-house search infrastructure, contributing to significant ad revenue growth. Early career experience includes leadership roles at Microsoft, where Yinzhe managed over 100 engineers in Bing Search Relevance and played a key role in improving search quality and data reliability. Education includes a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a BS from Fudan University.
