Yueci Ma has extensive experience in risk operations and fraud investigation, beginning with a role as a Senior Investigation Specialist and Fraud Investigator at Amazon from November 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing seller credentials and managing communications to address potential fraud. Currently, Yueci serves as an Escalations Specialist in Global Risk Operations at Meta, starting in September 2022. Prior experience also includes working as an HR Administrator at Accenture in July to September 2018, where tasks involved maintaining HR information and ensuring accurate communication regarding updates to senior management, specifically for a contract with Nestle.
