Zack Cohen

Zack Cohen is a proficient software engineer with extensive experience in audio technology and processing. Starting as a Graduate Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Zack developed a Masters project for a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Zack has held significant roles at Dolby Laboratories, progressing from Broadcast Audio Intern to Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Lead, where responsibilities included managing teams and delivering advanced audio processing solutions. Currently, as a Software Engineer at Meta, Zack drives audio codec strategies for Facebook and Instagram, leading technical implementations and collaborating with stakeholders. Zack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
