Ziad Rawas

Ziad Rawas is an experienced professional in the field of computer engineering, currently serving as Emulation Lead at Meta's Reality Labs since June 2022. Ziad's previous roles include significant positions at Intel Corporation, such as Senior Functional Validation Engineer and Senior Pre-Si Emulation Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the validation of advanced technologies and the development of emulation infrastructure. Prior to Intel, Ziad held a Senior Member of Technical Staff position at AMD, leading emulation methodologies across various programs. Ziad began the professional journey at Lehigh University, where extensive research was conducted as a Graduate Research Assistant, along with various roles supporting student organizations and technology services. Ziad holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University.
