Michael Heiser

Michael Heiser has a diverse work experience starting with an apprenticeship at BRAIN Biotech AG from 2007 to 2011. Michael then worked as a Technical Assistant before moving on to roles such as Student Assistant at the Robert Koch Institute from 2011 to 2012 and Student Assistant at the TU Berlin Institut für Bioverfahrenstechnik from 2013 to 2014. Michael pursued a Master Thesis and Internship at Bayer HealthCare in 2014 and 2015. Michael then transitioned to Metabolomic Discoveries as a Data Analyst from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are at Metabolon, Inc. where they have progressed from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist and is currently working as a Principal Data Scientist.

Michael Heiser completed a Berufsausbildung in Biologielaborant at Berufsbildende Schule Naturwissenschaften Ludwigshafen from 2007 to 2010. Michael then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnologie at Technische Universität Berlin from 2010 to 2013, followed by a Master of Science degree in the same field from the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
