Jesus Martinez

Jesus Martinez has extensive experience in software development for scientific and research purposes. Jesus worked as a Software Development Consultant at MetaCell, a systems biology startup, where they were involved in planning and coding a web-based neuroscience simulation platform. Jesus collaborated with the founders and other coders globally. Jesus also held a position as a Software Developer at the University of California, San Diego for four years. Jesus worked on the Whole Brain Catalog project, where they focused on coding the 3D aspect of the application using Java and JMonkeyEngine.

Jesus Martinez obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Software Architecture: From Developer to Architect from LinkedIn in February 2023, and in Kubernetes: Microservices from LinkedIn in August 2020.
