Cindy Cocozza

Cindy Cocozza has over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Cindy began their career in 2012 as a Chargée de Missions RH at Servier. In the same year, they joined Total as a Chargée de Missions RH, where they co-piloted a project for managing competencies and developed recommendations for employee accompaniment. Cindy also created and organized training sessions and reported monthly on the activity. In 2014, they moved to Extia as a Chargée de Recrutement, where they identified potential candidates and managed the recruitment process. In 2016, they joined Sword Group as a Chargée de Recrutement, and in 2020, they became the Talent Acquisition Manager at Metaco SA.

Cindy Cocozza obtained a Master 2 in Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a Licence in Administration Economique et Social from Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre in 2011.
