Anu Majuri

Anu Majuri has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anu is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead at Metacore, a game company that emphasizes independence and responsibility for its game teams. Prior to this, Anu worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at R&R Talent Advisors. Anu has also worked as a Consultant at Alumni and Harvey Nash Finland, where they managed end-to-end recruitments for various clients. Anu has served as a Senior Researcher at Alumni Nordics, specializing in leadership consulting, executive search, and board services. Anu gained valuable experience as a Research Consultant and Executive Assistant at MPS Executive Search Oy, where they were responsible for executive search assignments, research strategy, candidate identification, and client presentations. Anu started their career as a Market Researcher at Papua Merchandising Oy and has also worked as a Research Assistant and Researcher in the municipalities of Siuntio and Nummi-Pusula respectively.

Anu Majuri has a diverse education history. In 2011, they earned their M.Sc degree in Geography from the University of Turku. Anu also studied Urban Geography at the University of Amsterdam, although the specific duration is unknown. In 2020, Anu pursued basic studies in Human Resource Management at Jyväskylä Open University, affiliated with the University of Jyväskylä. Additionally, they completed the MPS Cross-company mentoring program in 2013-2014.

Anu Majuri has also obtained several certifications. In February 2017, they received SHL Ability and Personality tests, including Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI, and Raven's Advanced Progressive Matrices. Furthermore, in November 2016, Anu obtained certification in the Work personality inventory (Wopi) from WOPI.net.
