Sergio Koli

Sergio Koli is a seasoned player experience professional with a strong background in player support and web administration. Currently serving as Player Experience Lead at Metacore since June 2022, Sergio previously worked as a Player Support Specialist at Keywords Studios and Teleperformance Greece, where responsibilities included researching and reporting on game behaviors to enhance player experience and providing expert support to teams. Earlier experience includes a role as Web Administrator at GoTrade.gr, focusing on website maintenance and server management, as well as an internship as a Computer and Network Technician at MASTER A.E. Sergio holds a degree in Digital Systems, Communication Systems, and Networks from the University of Piraeus.
