Alex Holland

Alex Holland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2019, they founded and worked as the CTO of The React Guys, a creative software development consultancy specializing in interactive and innovative technologies. Prior to that, they were an Interactive Developer at MOONDOG Animation Studio, where they utilized evolving technology to create memorable media experiences. Alex also worked as a Web and Mobile App Developer at Employers Health Network, contributing to the development of comprehensive healthcare plans. Additionally, Alex has experience as a Mobile App Developer at Smirta Innovations Inc and as a Junior Software Developer at VS Networks, where they created cutting-edge marketing solutions for clients in the retail channel. Alex also co-founded StudyBank, an organization dedicated to helping college students succeed academically and find employment opportunities. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Alex worked as an Affiliate Sales Manager at GiftFly and as an Intern at GoodFood, an organization that delivers expired food to those in need. Currently, they are a co-founder and CTO at metaCubes.

Alex Holland has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended General Assembly and completed a Web Development Immersive program, focusing on Mobile/Web technologies. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Alex attended the College of Charleston where they studied Communications and Education. Before their time at the College of Charleston, from 2011 to 2013, Alex attended Hyde School-Woodstock, where they pursued a variety of subjects including Leadership, General Education, and Study Strategies.
