Robert Goodman

Robert Goodman has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruitment and project management. Robert founded Technical Interviewers in 2015, a recruiting company specializing in finding software developers for entrepreneurs and businesses. In 2022, they joined metaCubes as the Head of Technical Recruiting. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Advanced Valuation Analytics from 2008 onwards. In 2018, they became a Technical Consultant at OpsMachine Consulting, where they adapted Technical Interviewers' services to support the search process for technical positions. From 2011 to 2018, Robert served as the President of MBAs United and also as the CTO, overseeing technical resources at the startup. Robert started their career as a Software Engineer at Government Retirement & Benefits, Inc. in 2004, where they played a vital role in developing an Enterprise web application used by multiple government agencies.

Robert Goodman has a strong educational background in computer science and business. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University from 2002 to 2004. Later, Robert enrolled in the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012. Additionally, during the same period, they completed an MBA program at the University of Maryland. Throughout their education, Robert's focus and expertise lie in computer science and business administration.
