Namratha Vedire

Namratha Vedire has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Data Analyst and Designer at Yale School of Management, where they generated key social and economic metrics and created data visualizations. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Venture Creation Consultant and Pitch Coordinator at Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY), providing market analysis and strategic planning support for ventures in Yale's incubator and accelerator programs. Namratha also introduced visual storytelling techniques to help founders craft investor presentations.

In 2017, Namratha became the Associate Director of the Center for Deliberate Innovation at Georgia Institute of Technology, where they ran programs teaching innovation practices to entrepreneurs and innovation teams. Namratha was responsible for the smooth operations of the Flashpoint@GT program, an innovation accelerator.

In 2019, they joined Engage as the Director of Platform & Operations, a role they held until 2023. In this position, they oversaw platform and operations management.

Namratha later became a Program Partner for On Deck, where they led workshops and provided expert help to international operations and community-building practitioners.

Namratha also held advisory board positions at Yale School of Engineering & Applied Science and Georgia Institute of Technology, offering guidance and support to various initiatives.

In 2023, Namratha joined Wellstar Health System as a Committee Member of the Technology and Innovation Committee. Namratha is currently serving in this role. Additionally, they will join MetaCX as the VP of Enterprise Alliances in April 2023.

Namratha Vedire completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad from 2008 to 2012. Namratha then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering at Yale University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Recently, they participated in the On Deck Community Builder Fellowship in 2021.
