Mikkel Balleby

Mikkel Balleby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and project leadership within major organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Consultant at metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH and within the Allianz Group since March 2018, Mikkel also contributes to program excellence at Allianz. Prior to these roles, Mikkel was a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Wind Power, focusing on enhancing the quality and perception of offshore wind turbine projects. Mikkel's career at Siemens spanned various positions, including Cross Section Manager for transformation and change management across Scandinavia, Head of Business Excellence at Siemens Hydro and Ocean, and Head of IT for Siemens Solar Power DE.
