Sylvester Wittig

Sylvester Wittig is an experienced IT architect with a focus on SAP Cloud HCM, currently working at metafinanz Informationssysteme GmbH since July 2015. Responsibilities include implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central, Foundation, Compensation Module, and Recruiting, along with expertise in third-party integration with SAP HCM. Prior to this role, Sylvester served as a business analyst and IT engineer for Cloud HCM at Allianz Technology from September 2010 to June 2015, where development of HR business tools based on SAP SuccessFactors was a key focus, particularly in compensation. Additionally, Sylvester commenced a career as a support specialist for the SuccessFactors Suite for the Allianz Group and has foundational experience as a Fachinformatiker in system integration, managing the SAP Basis operation for over 150 SAP systems. Education completed at Berufsschule Freising with a degree in system integration in 2013.
