Rik Bousema

Rik Bousema has extensive experience in spatial development and planning, currently serving as a Planeconoom and adviseur Gebiedsontwikkeling at Metafoor Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling B.V. since August 2015. Prior to this role, Rik worked at Metrum from August 1999 to July 2015, initially as projectleider OpMaat, where responsibilities included the development, sales, and marketing of the OpMaat project and its modules including Gebiedsexploitatie and Vastgoedexploitatie. Additionally, Rik held positions as senior adviseur and adviseur planeconomie, gaining expertise in ground and real estate exploitation and comprehensive advisory roles for municipalities, corporations, developers, and investors. Rik holds a Drs. degree in Planologie from Radboud University, earned between 1993 and 1999.
