Akbar Karenga

Akbar Karenga is the current Director of Recruitment at Metafy. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent at Storyblok from January 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were a Talent Coach at Founders Factory from January 2020 to January 2021. Their previous experience also includes working as a recruiter at Black Valley and the Black Recruiters Network.

Akbar Karenga received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kent in philosophy and politics. Akbar then went on to earn their PhD in political science from the University of California, Riverside.
