Tami Flowers

Tami Flowers has been in the IT industry since 1998, beginning their career at FHLBank Topeka as a Programmer/Analyst, then moving into the role of Project Manager and Enterprise Architect. In 2013, they joined the Sunflower Group as a Senior IT Project Manager. From 2014-2016, Flowers worked as an Owner/Principal Consultant at Three28 Solutions, LLC, a Chief Data Officer at MetaGovernance, a Governance & Compliance Consultant and an Enterprise Architecture Consultant at Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, a Data Governance Consultant at Sandia National Laboratories, and a Data Governance Subject Matter Expert at USDA Farm Service Agency. In 2015, Flowers also held a contracted position as a Data Warehouse Specialist at Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.

Tami Flowers has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1995. In 2006, they completed a Fundamental in Banking program at the School of Banking. Tami then obtained their MBA from Washburn University in 2012. Additionally, Flowers has obtained three certifications: a Certified ScrumMaster in August 2005, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2004, and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2012.
