Pavan Konduri

Pavan Konduri is a skilled technical leader with extensive experience in game development and software engineering. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Gameskraft since October 2019, Pavan has contributed to the development of a first-person shooter mobile game and has worked on distributed leaderboard services and fraud detection mechanisms. Previously, Pavan held roles as Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, where key achievements included directing rule-based matchmaking services, optimizing game analytics, and developing a robust in-house gaming framework. Earlier experiences include software engineering roles at Myntra, where Pavan maintained a high-scale messaging system, and at mBreath, focusing on mobile application development and backend optimization. Pavan began a career with internships at Riktam Technologies and Bharati Shipyard Ltd, showcasing a strong foundation in software development and engineering principles. Pavan earned a Dual Degree in Ocean Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, in 2018.
