Mike Sweeny

Mike Sweeny is a highly experienced Special Advisor and Vice-President in exploration and development with a background in geology. Mike has worked with various companies such as Metal Energy, Champion Bear Resources Ltd, and Glencore, where Mike specialized in exploration planning, executing drill programs, and managing exploration budgets. Sweeny's expertise includes surface and underground exploration, diamond drilling, geophysics, mapping, and budget management. Mike holds a Master's degree in Geology and has extensive experience in the field dating back to their time at the Ontario Geological Survey in the 1980s.
