Alena Griffon is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Accounting Manager at Metal Exchange Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alena spent nearly a decade at Laird Performance Materials, where responsibilities included serving as Site Controller and overseeing financial operations across multiple regions, preparing audits, and driving process improvements. Previous positions include Senior GL Accountant, GL Accountant, and Senior Accountant at various companies, beginning a career at Economia Servis and later working at Audit Topol s.r.o. Alena holds a Master's degree in Economics & Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting from the Technical University of Liberec.
